I'm welcoming in 2020, a new decade with A Song For Damian Marquez The Tailor, a bright and breezy sound that could drolly be described as my exhumation of C86 era June Brides. I think. I didn't listen to them then much, but I have a feeling.
I wouldn't say that the June Brides were at the time in the everything that is wrong with music category. There's way worse and I'd be quite interested to know what they have done for money through all these years. I'm interested in that type of thing.
A Song For Damian Marquez is a wonderful, almost upbeat lo-fi pop paean to the incredible UK based International fashion designer, Damian Marquez. While all that sounds good, there are enough desultory undertones for it to qualify for the best lo-fi playlists.
A Song For Damian Marquez will stream everywhere on January 24th but until then, you can download it for free or stream it and a bunch of other stuff at our special promo page, here: FREE: A Song For Damian Marquez The Tailor
